I was taking ranitidine 300 mg for a nightly acid reflux problem but it was recalled. I can't tolerate PPIs, what can I take?

Hello, until recently, I was taking ranitidine 300 mg for nighttime reflux /surging problems. we had fallen back on this medication because I tried all the PPIs before and I couldn't tolerate them, they made me sick. since the ranitidine recall, I don't take anything anymore but my nighttime problem is not solved, I wake up every morning with esophageal discomfort and hoarseness... what can I take?
