Hi, the other day I went to see a pharmacist for my premature ejaculation, then he sold me condoms but it didn't help at all, can you suggest me products that really work?

Hello, thank you for your question!
Is it possible to know if the condoms that were suggested contain an anaesthetic agent?
Thank you for your question!

The condom contains a lubricant to lengthen the intercourse, that's only what it says, the product is performax from durex. Otherwise I used a product which is Stud 100, which is moderately effective, because it takes about fifteen minutes before it takes effect and it's not really discreet when I want to make love. The product is very strong and I'm halfway hard and it's not that effective in lengthening the intercourse
Thank you for your help!

Thanks for the clarification!
Indeed, one can use an anasthesizing agent such as lidocaine, much like Stud 100. However, the gel might work a little faster, but it requires manipulation and as you mention can break spontaneity.
Some pharmacological products are usedoff-label to help with premature ejaculation, but they require a doctor's prescription
Hope this helps, and please feel free to ask if you have any other questions

The pharmacist I spoke with told me that there was no more gel in the market. Is this really the case? If not, which gels can I use so that it is not too embarrassing?

There are lidocaine-based products available behind the pharmacy counter, such as Maxilene or Lidodan, and other brands.
The product should be applied to the penis before putting on a condom. As a precaution, start with a very small amount and increase gradually.

You, if you were in my situation, what would you do?

The application of a pea-sized amount of lidocaine cream just before intercourse, taking care to use a condom so as not to expose the partner to the desensitizing product
Moreover, following ejaculation, the area becomes less sensitive, which can contribute to lengthen the following sexual relations.
Finally, I'm not an expert on the subject, but you need to be aware of your body, and to be aware of your level of arousal: if you feel an orgasm coming on, you need to slow down as much as possible, change your position, among other things. A partner who supports you in your efforts will also have everything to gain because the pleasure will last longer.

Do you have a brand of cream to suggest? Then yes, I am aware of it but I have the impression that my excitement is always at its maximum, even after a few seconds in the report

Yes, as mentioned a few posts back, some examples are Maxilene and Lidodan, available without a prescription, behind the counter.
I hope I've been helpful, don't hesitate if there's anything!
