Good evening, thank you for your question! For children, the dose of ibuprophen is 4 to 10mg of medication per kg of your child's weight, every 6 to 8 hours if needed. So for the 100mg/5ml concentrate, the dose is between 2.5 to 5.5ml, every 6 to 8 hours. I have rounded it off to make it easier to administer with an oral syringe.
