Can you confirm the dose of advil to give to my 10.5 month old son. I bought advil child 100mg/5 ML. My son is 11.5 kg

Good evening, thank you for your question!
For children, the dose of ibuprophen is 4 to 10mg of medication per kg of your child's weight, every 6 to 8 hours if needed.
So for the 100mg/5ml concentrate, the dose is between 2.5 to 5.5ml, every 6 to 8 hours. I have rounded it off to make it easier to administer with an oral syringe.
Please give ideally while eating, and it will be necessary to shake the product before giving it.
