I often have blood in my stool?

Every time I have a bowel movement (every 2-3 days) I bleed a lot from my lanus for a while. They are very big and hard stools that really hurt. I notice cracks around my anus afterwards. The blood is not in the saddle but really around. When I wipe some blood off it's ok but sometimes a lot of blood in the toilet bowl so I can't see the bottom! What could it be that I need to start worrying about? Bleeding hemorrhoids? Anal fissure? Cancer? It's making me anxious. I'll tell you I rarely have a bowel movement 3 times a week or so. And each time I have a fissure! Good morning, ma'am, First of all, did you address the constipation with the measures suggested earlier? Has this heavy bleeding persisted for 1 week?
