Why do I feel my heart beating in my ears and at the base of my neck at night?

Could it be that my pressure medication is not strong enough? I take teva valsartan HCTZ 80+12.5 mg 1 CO in the morning and I take 1co of vitamin D.

First, let me ask you a few questions: Have you taken your pressure lately? If so, what is it? How long have you been taking pressure medication? Are you experiencing other symptoms related to your heart (e.g., faster heartbeat, pain, etc.)?

Your pressures and pulse both seem normal
I understand that this is a new situation for you? Feeling your pulse can be quite normal, but to be on the safe side you may want to see your doctor if the situation persists and discuss it with your doctor at your next appointment.
If the situation worsens, if you ever feel an irregular heartbeat, an increase in the frequency of your extrasystoles, pain or discomfort in the heart or any other unusual symptoms do not hesitate to consult your doctor more quickly
I hope this answers your question!
Don't hesitate if there is anything else,
Michael
