Is it possible to use glycerodermin on the wrists of a 2 month old baby? No other cream seems to work...

Yes, it can be used on a child's wrist at this age.
Do we know what is causing the irritation? Is it eczema?

We think so!!! No way to see a pediatrician in pandemic. We have an appointment in 1 1/2 months

Until then, I think you should show the lesions to a pharmacist. We can try a little cortisone cream for a few days if the pharmacist deems it is also (possibly) eczema. That way, we'll arrive at the doctor's office better prepared knowing what works and what doesn't.
