Hello, I am under treatment for pericarditis (with Kineret by injections), I have pain since yesterday (probably due to my withdrawal from this medication) I wanted to know if it was possible to take Naproxen (500mg) 4 to 6 hours after taking Tylenol (1000mg). Thank you very much for your help.

Hello,
If you received Naproxen from your doctor to treat your pericarditis, it can be taken with Tylenol without any problem, but no other anti-inflammatory (no Advil, Motrin or Aspirin).
