Hello, I am under treatment for pericarditis (with Kineret by injections), I have pain since yesterday (probably due to my withdrawal from this medication) I wanted to know if it was possible to take Naproxen (500mg) 4 to 6 hours after taking Tylenol (1000mg). Hello, If you received Naproxen from your doctor to treat your pericarditis, it can be taken with Tylenol without any problem, but no other anti-inflammatory (no Advil, Motrin or Aspirin). Take care of yourself!
