Will my weight come down on its own? If the pill gives me acne can I just stop it?

I am stopping the depo provera today and starting the seasonal and I am worried/stressed. I have never taken a birth control pill. Normally I have irregular periods, which last 7 days without stopping and which give me cramps all this time. The depoprovera made me gain weight and I have no libido anymore. I am a little discouraged because my period prevents me from living normally and it causes anxiety in me, but I continue to gain weight constantly and the lack of libido begins to create friction between my boyfriend and me and even with myself I get angry with me.

Good evening,
You were receiving the progesterone injection as a contraceptive?
What made you choose the contraceptive pill this time?
For the weight loss, it remains to be seen.
Yes, if you have side effects that bother you, you can stop taking the pills, but then you will need an alternative contraceptive. Have you ever thought about this?

Hello,
yes, that's right, the injection every three months. I decided to stop it because I felt that I had come to be different with it, I was no longer myself. It made me gain weight, lose my libido, etc. I talked to my doctor about it at first I just didn't want any more contraception, except for the condom. She advised me to use the seasonal method because it lasts 3 months and I have my period every 3 months. This was of great interest to me because of all the undesirable effects that my period brings me. If I don't like the seasonal, I might try another pill, either continuous or with a stop every month.

The challenge may be to remember the daily pill. You may have thought about setting an alarm.
If not, you can stick 2 or 3 months of other contraceptive tablets or even a patch, to be changed every week, or a vaginal ring, to be changed every 3 weeks.
