Good evening ma'am,
Usually, these plaques are treated with a cortisone cream, among other things.
Have you ever used such a product in your life?

No, I have never used a cortisone cream for psoriasis. Do I need to see a doctor to get a prescription? Are these creams compatible with breastfeeding? Thank you

Yes, the creams are compatible with breastfeeding and no you don't necessarily need a prescription.
Have you been diagnosed with psoriasis? Are you sure it is not eczema?

No, unfortunately I was relying on what I read about passport health. I've had these patches for almost 1 year and they increase and itch when I have a lot of anxiety.

I understand.
Then stop by the pharmacy to show the plaques. The pharmacist will be able to determine if they can be treated with an over-the-counter treatment or if a doctor's consultation is necessary.
Happy day :)
Alexander
