I applied avene moisturizer + cortisone BID and usually get rid of it with this formula... but this time the patches turned into multiple red and bloody pimples (because it itches). I also tried Aveeno's oatmeal bath... without much success.
Should I continue with the above formula or switch to an antifungal?
What is the best moisturizer to use?
I already use bioderma shower oil to wash it...

How many days ago did it get worse?

it got worse since 3 days, after having done 3 days of cortisone treatment so I stopped...
yes purulent white pimples and pimples with blood... which tend to move away from the hollow of the elbow on the arm more and more..
no scaling
