I started to get this plaque 1 week after the Moderna vaccine (located where the vaccine shot was). I have had it for 4 days. It wanted to diminish and fade, but since today it is more red and a little swollen. Should I consult?

Hello,
Studies are increasingly reporting delayed reactions to vaccination following the Pfizer and Moderna messenger RNA vaccines. These reactions appear more than 7 days after vaccination in the form of redness, swelling and heat. The extent can be quite variable. These are different from cellulitis, a rare post-vaccine skin infection that usually occurs 48-72 hours after a vaccine
As a precaution, it is suggested that a line be drawn around the redness to monitor its progress. However, these delayed reactions to vaccination are self-limiting after a few days. If you have pain, it is possible to take pain medication and apply ice for 15 minutes every hour
