I have been taking iron pills for 6 days. Since I've been taking them, I've had 4-5 nosebleeds a day. Is this related?

No, there is no link between taking iron supplements and nosebleeds.

It's quite possible that the bleeding comes more from the dry weather that accompanies the cooler months (and us heating our homes). Try a product like Secaris to lubricate the skin on your nose!"
