I have a breast piercing and I feel like it's starting to get infected. What kind of antibacterial can I put on it that is alcohol free?

You can use Polyporin Complete which contains 3 antibiotics and a local anesthetic to relieve the pain. You must apply it 4 times a day regularly until the symptoms disappear plus 3 additional days thereafter. If there is no improvement within 48 hours with the use of Polysporin it would be best to consult a physician
