Hello a small pinkish patch with small white dots inside. It doesn't itch except that it's often humid in this area since I have a large chest.

Indeed, it looks very much like a fungus. I would start by applying Canesten twice a day for 10 to 14 days. It may take a few days before you start to see improvement
