Very heavy vaginal discharge: what to do?

Question

I possibly have ovarian cyst syndrome or a hormonal imbalance. I have had chlamydia but had a two week treatment and after a month the tests were negative. I've always had spotting, but in the last few weeks it's been more severe. I don't remember ever having fungal infections. I haven't tried anything yet because I want to take the right treatment instead of taking something random. Also, for a few days now, the discharge has been yellow and now it's light green. Unfortunately I have had Chlamydia before, but it was treated and the tests came back negative. As I said, I have no itching or pain, just a discharge
