First, I would not recommend giving blueberries in "large" amounts at this age, as you will probably have a hard time getting him to eat anything other than fruit in the introduction of foods (fruit sugar is so good! :) ).
Instead, stop by the pharmacy and get some Lax-A-Day™, a powder to add to water that does not change the texture or taste. This product takes care of the problem in less than 2 days usually.
Finally, find out why the child is constipated right now. The most common cause at this age is too much cow's milk. Is he taking any?

Effectively, we have introduced cow's milk for 1 month already. She drinks 3 to 4 bottles of 260 ml of cow's milk. In between that, she drinks water regularly. At the same time, we have introduced food. In other words, our baby eats like us, but in small pieces.

You should reduce the amount of cow's milk to a maximum of 600 mL per day, and compensate by adding a little more food. You will see improvement in less than a week then.
