I take the Marvelon 28 birth control pill. I always start taking my pill on Thursday night. So this Thursday was the start of the 3rd week. I looked in the documents that are in the box and it tells me that I had to take both pills as I did and there were no other indications for 1 missed pill. However, there are plenty of websites that say other things. I had a relationship on Saturday.

You will see on page 2 that such an oversight is not dangerous in terms of your birth control as long as you don't do your week of discontinuation that week.
