I forgot to take a birth control pill and had intercourse the same day. I realized the next day while taking my pill. Should I take the morning-after pill?

I don't usually skip a pill, this was definitely an oversight. I always take it at night. I would like to know if I should go for the morning after pill.

No, the morning after pill is not necessary if this was your first forgetfulness in the previous 2 months.
