My toenails are a little yellowed and bent even though I don't feel it, they look like they're going to peel off. Is it fungus?

It's almost impossible to make an opinion without seeing the nail, but indeed what you describe sounds very much like fungus.

Are you able to see a podiatrist in the next few days? If so, I highly recommend it to receive a diagnosis, but more importantly the right treatment for your situation.
