My 3.5 year old son has conjunctivitis in both eyes. Do I have to take him to the pharmacy with me?

No, you don't really have to bring your child with you. However, the pharmacist will ask you questions to better understand the situation, to evaluate which avenue to choose, or will refer you to a doctor or optometrist if deemed necessary.
