Is this normal? Should I consult? Or when should I start consulting?

I gave birth 9 and a half months ago and I still haven't had a period (I'm exclusively breastfeeding). I've had light spotting for 9-10 days now, is this normal? I don't take any medication and I have polycystic ovaries

Hello,
When you say you are exclusively breastfeeding, do you mean that your baby does not drink any other milk than yours? But he is taking complementary foods?
So, your child is transitioning quietly and your menstrual cycle may be getting back on track quietly. What you're describing sounds normal.
What do you think about it?

Without night feeds and supplemental feeding, it is most likely the quiet return to fertility.
Hoping it will be useful, I wish you a nice day.
