I have had a stuffy nose for 1 week and I don't blow my nose. It is not getting any better.

Hello,
in order to be able to advise you properly, I have a few questions to ask you:
Do you have any allergies or intolerances to any medications?
Are you taking any medications or natural products on a regular basis?
Have you tried anything so far to relieve your congestion?
Do you have any other symptoms besides nasal congestion?

Hello,
No, no allergy/intolerance, I don't take any medication then I took hydrasence and sinus advils, but that doesn't help. I have no other symptoms.
thank you!

Right. Most of the time it is a viral infection, which should pass within 2 weeks. I suggest you try the Sinus Rinse, which is more powerful in decongesting than the Hydrasense. You can continue with Advil Sinus, it is a good medication for congestion. If you were only taking 1 tablet at a time, you could try taking 2 tablets every 4 hours as needed (be careful to use the nighttime formula if you want to take it at night). Otherwise, if that doesn't work, there are over-the-counter decongestant sprays, such as Drixoral, but you shouldn't use them for more than 3-5 days because otherwise rebound congestion could occur
