Hello, I have a blocked nose every night since November. In the daytime it's fine, but at night it's more like this.

I am allergic to penicillin and sulfa and if I get colds and sinuses it makes me sick.

Hello,
I have a few questions to ask you.
Is the problem recent?
Do you have any allergies (e.g. dust)?
Do you use any products for this congestion (e.g. Dristan, salt water spray)

Hello, it's since October or November approximately, I sometimes put dristan or salt water spray when it's unbearable. At first I used to put it on every day, now maybe once every 2-3 weeks to try to keep my nose from getting used to it. I don't think I have any allergies other than the ones mentioned above (penicillin and sulfa), sometimes I have seasonal allergies but nothing big and not every year

Regular use of nasal decongestants can contribute to congestion that keeps coming back.
I suggest you try a "cortisone" spray e.g. Nasonex (requires a prescription) or Flonase (over the counter) to stop using "Dristan". Consult your pharmacist to see if these products are right for you.
Try an antihistamine such as Claritin or Aerius for a few days on a regular basis to see if the congestion is due to an "allergy"
Adjust the humidity level in your room to around 40%.
