Is there a difference in the multi-vitamins sold in pharmacies and those sold at Wal-mart or Costco?

I have been taking multi-vitamins for pregnancy sold in pharmacies for 4 months. Many people around me suggest that the ones sold in large retailers are cheaper and just as effective. I also notice that my urine is flash yellow since I started taking the pills.

Hello, thank you for your question!
Indeed, the larger sizes are often less expensive. To know if they are 'interchangeable', you will have to compare the lists and contents of the ingredients.
On the other hand, it is the vitamin B complex that most often causes a 'fluorescent' color of the urine. This is absolutely not a problem :)
I hope this helps, and if you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask!
