How many ml of tylenol should I give my 5.16kg boy

Hi my 2 month old boy of 5.16kg has a fever after his 2 month old vaccine today. I would like to give him tylenol, but under 5.5kg I have to ask a doctor for the dose. Hello, he will need a dose of about 80mg, so if you have baby Tylenol drops at a concentration of 80mg per ml, you can give him a dose of 1 ml every 4 to 6 hours if needed. Shake well before measuring with the included dropper. Be sure to keep him well hydrated.
