Does Mirena promote weight gain in women?

I have heavy breakthrough bleeding on the pill. After several pill changes, my doctor advised me to try the hormonal IUD. I'm afraid of gaining weight. I've never really had a problem before with the pill, except for feeling bloated from time to time, especially before my period.
