Is it better to wait 2-3 weeks before starting my treatment to make sure I am not pregnant?

Hello, my doctor prescribed me medroxy to trigger my period which has been absent for 6 months. I am trying to have a child. I had sex last week and this week and I think I was in my fertile period.

Hello! I assume we are talking about medroxyprogesterone tablets (not injectable). It would indeed be reasonable (assuming it is not urgent to treat) to wait to confirm the absence of pregnancy (maybe minimum 1 month to be sure) since it is a contraindication by the manufacturer.
