Hello ma'am, sorry to read about your troubles!
In order to better understand your needs, would it be possible to obtain the following information:
How long have you been experiencing this pain?
Is it due to an injury, an accident, a wrong movement, or something else?
What have you tried for this pain (medication, professional or other)?
Thank you for your time!

This problem came on gradually after my walks, currently I have the flu, so I don't take walks and it's much better.
When I have pain, I take Tylenol Arthritis and it makes me feel better but it doesn't solve my problem.

Thanks for the feedback! Taking Tylenol is a good first option for pain. However, the most important thing will be to maintain or increase your level of function. To this end, I strongly recommend a consultation with a physiotherapist. They are the best professionals to assess your pain and develop a personalized and realistic treatment plan for you. Most group insurances cover this type of service.
Sincerely
