Can I still give it to my daughter? Is it safe?

Hello, my daughter has orelox to take as antibiotics, my mom started the bottle at 1pm and I picked up my daughter at 6:30pm except that she had not put the bottle in the fridge even though it is indicated on it. I immediately put it in the fridge.
