Can I mix Lax-A-Day in yogurt instead of water?

Hi, I need to know if I can mix laxaday in a yogurt? Instead of water for a 2 year old baby 3 months old ... laxaday prescribed by the Doctor.

Hello Mrs,

It is best to use a liquid for dilution as the powder may not dissolve completely in yogurt. You can mix it in juice or milk if that is acceptable to you.
