Depending on the medication, some may be taken in the morning or evening. What medication(s) are you taking?

Thanks for your quick response! There is some recent evidence that there are additional benefits to taking your medication at night at bedtime.

Of course, if you have trouble remembering to take your medication at bedtime, a medication taken in the morning every day would be preferred over a medication taken at night at bedtime, but forgotten frequently.
