My diastolic pressure is always 90 when taken. Should I consult?

Hello, I was wondering for a 20 year old person for whom her blood pressure has as diastolic 90 each time it is taken, should she consult? What is the normal value for this age group? Thank you very much!

A person who repeatedly has a diastolic pressure of 90mmHg (greater than 85) at various times should see their physician for evaluation. Although this result is higher than normal values for a healthy young adult (equal to or less than 120/80), it is not an emergency
