I have a headache after my crossfit. Is there anything (other than taking Tylenol) I can do?

Hello Ma'am,
The most common cause of this type of pain is definitely breathing.
In fact, people who suffer from post-exertional headaches tend to not breathe enough. This is actually why many people complain of headaches after swimming (they "cut off" their breathing).
So I recommend that you pay close attention to this before attempting the medication.
Good evening,
Alexandre
