I have a sore thigh muscle, the last time I was very sick for almost 2 weeks and I'm afraid it will happen again.

the last time I had this much pain I was sick for about 2 weeks. It started with a thigh ache and then I was aching all over, all my muscles, sore throat, headache, I hardly ate at all I wasn't hungry. I was walking so slow because it hurt and I was taking very small steps. We went to the hospital because I had a fever, I know how high it was but they just said it wasn't strep. My mom is convinced it was covid but no one else was infected and I was the only one and that was the two weeks right before school closed for covid.

Hello,
the symptoms you describe are flu-like symptoms. They could be related to COVID-19 indeed. The only way to know would have been to go get tested when the symptoms were present in the spring. It could have been the seasonal influenza type as well which can give the same symptoms
For now, the only thing to do for your muscle pain is to take anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxants for a few days. You should also watch for fever and other symptoms. If so, you should definitely seek the advice of a medical professional again.
I hope this answers your questions. If you have any others, please don't hesitate to ask, I will be happy to help you. If you need help in choosing a product to take for your pain, I will also be happy to advise you
