My left nipple hurts, and it feels slightly warmer than the other one. What could this be due to?

Hello Ma'am,
This may simply be due to the fact that you have been touching or hanging on to it a little more than the other in the last few days. This is because the breast gland under the nipple can easily be stimulated only by rubbing, which can make it bigger or hard or hot.
Try not to touch it for 5 to 7 days. If the heat is still present after that, a doctor will be consulted.
Happy day,
