With this back pain, what do you advise me to do? Note that I have been taking Tylenol/Advil! Can I get something blocked?

Good evening! I've had pain in my lower back for 4 days, I've tried hot magic bag and antiflogestine, but it doesn't work... I am unable to bend forward and it is difficult to squat.

Hello,
In order to answer your question, I need to validate some elements
Is there a position that relieves you (sitting-standing-lying)?
Do you feel stiffness when you get up in the morning?
Do you feel a burning sensation in your back?

The position I tolerate best is standing with my back straight.
In the morning I feel stiff and it takes me much longer to get up than usual, but I don't have any burning sensation.

Thank you for the clarification. If it doesn't go away after a total of 7 days, you'll have to go see the doctor. In the meantime, you could try to relieve yourself with muscle relaxers like Robaxacet or Robax Platinum. The former contains Tylenol with the muscle relaxant and the latter contains ibuprofen. Considering your stiffness, the Robax Platinum would be a better choice. The muscle relaxant may cause drowsiness and it is not recommended to drive while taking this medication
I hope I was able to help you
