I've had pain in my left lower back for a week now. What should I do?

My condition has been improving day by day, but is stabilizing...: able to walk, run and move, but constant pain sitting and bending. The worst is when my hips go to the right side. My pain is only present on my lower back on the left. Thank you for helping me

Hello Ma'am,
What you describe deserves the attention of a physical therapist in my opinion!
Have you ever seen one?

No, but I have tried robax containing acetylminophen, but without success. In my opinion, it is a muscle pain is there any medication available stronger than robax to help me with this pain, as physical therapy is too expensive for me. Thank you!

Thank you for those details.
Unfortunately, the muscle pain you are referring to is unlikely to be helped by medication, as there is no stronger muscle relaxant than that found in Robax. Instead, you should aim to receive a massage, or some form of "manual" care.
If someone you know can give you a massage, you may get better relief from it than from medication.
