Since October 2017 I have been doing more regular exercises, like body step classes, body pump (exercises with alteres) I am with Energie Cardio for it. And since about 1 month (March) I feel a kind of burning on the right side of my hip. I can function normally but it's getting hot and I'm wondering why. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Should I put ice on it or something?

Hello. If you are suffering from muscle pain or inflammation, applying ice 3 to 4 times a day can relieve the pain. It is best to put ice in a plastic bag and wrap it with a towel and apply it for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. You can also take acetaminophen (Tylenol) to relieve the pain if needed. However, if you find that the pain persists after 3 to 4 days of regular ice application, I suggest that you consult a physician or a physiotherapist to investigate the problem further. It would also be safe to stop exercising for a few days and see how your pain evolves
