The first thing to do is to make sure you don't dehydrate yourself, so make sure you drink water regularly during the day.

Check the humidity level in your home to make sure it is around 50% (if necessary, use a humidifier or leave the window ajar at night)

For severe dryness, Lubriderm is not very effective. You would probably have more success with Cerave or Eucerin.

If there is redness and stinging, it would be interesting to try a 0.5% cortisone cream twice a day for a few days to reduce the skin reaction
