Does magnesium bisglycinate cause constipation?

I am a 23 year old male. I am now taking magnesium bisglycinate 200 mg per day,
to relax me.

Hello sir, thank you for your question!
Magnesium is more likely to cause diarrhea than constipation. Taking it with food may help reduce the magnitude of this side effect. That being said, bisglycinate would be a better tolerated salt. I know of a brand called Webber that offers this salt.
