You have a diagnosis. Does this mean that you have consulted? And you have not been told about it?
I had to do some research.
According to Infection Prevention and Control in Quebec Daycares and Schools - Intervention Guide 2015 Edition, here is the disease

It states, "Do not exclude the subject unless he/she meets one of the exclusion criteria listed in Table 3 of Chapter 3." Said Chapter 3 Table 3 can be found here:

From what you tell me, there would be no need to remove.
Also, it says here that "There is no need to exclude the child if the child's medical condition allows the child to participate in child care activities, such as playtime and lunchtime."
