Hello Ma'am,
Don't touch her for a few days. This skin is very vascular and usually heals very quickly.
Why did the nurse do this?

Hello and thank you, it seemed to be part of her follow up routine (great nurse).
She asked us if we were doing it, we told her not really it's written not to and she said now we can and she did.

Oh.
In fact, I don't recommend foreskin dilation at such a young age either.
So for now, let's try to let the skin heal.
If we see in 5 days that it's still red, we can apply a thin layer of 0.5% hydrocortisone.
