Is there a maximum time limit between taking prevacid and feeding a baby to get the full effect?

Hi, my 4.5 month old baby is taking 7.5g of Prevacid (fastab), at least 30 minutes before feeding, as recommended by the prescriber. I was wondering if it is possible to space out the medication and feeding more. For example, when planning a trip (medication before departure and drinking on arrival). So, is there a maximum time limit that affects the effects of the medication?

No, there is no "maximum" limit. You could space it out several hours and it would still be effective :)
