Hello, I have a pain in my lower abdomen, on the left. This pain comes and goes, at any time (I have noticed that it is often present when I have a drink of alcohol - which happens 1x/week, but not more, but it also happens when I don't drink). When it happens, it's very uncomfortable, it weighs pretty heavily, no matter how I'm positioned.
