First, we should try to expose you less to cats. Is this possible?

Then, we can try taking, along with your other medications, either Aerius™ (desloratadine) or Claritin™ (loratadine).

Also, I would advise you to limit your contact with your cat, keep him out of your bedroom and bed, vacuum regularly, and wash your clothes at high temperatures.
