I am 1 day early on my birth control pills (I am on Tuesday when it is Monday). To get back to normal, can I wait one more day before starting my next pack?

For my next pack which usually starts on Sunday, should I start it on Saturday or is one more day of downtime okay?

Good evening ma'am,

In an ideal world, we would start on Saturday.

If, however, you want to start again on Sunday, you will have to take a second contraceptive method for the first 7 days (the first full week) starting on Sunday to be sure you are well protected.
