You should continue to do so as often as possible, listening to your body when it gives you signs of pain or fatigue. That said, Genacol may be a good alternative to Naprosyn. Some people have very good results with this medication, while others feel almost no difference. It is therefore necessary to try it (ideally for 4 to 6 weeks) in order to see in which category you fall.
