Can a yeast infection affect fertility?

Hello, I would like to know if yeast infections, vaginal candida etc. can block the fallopian tubes if they are poorly treated in the long term

Hi, thanks for your question!
An untreated yeast infection can become very uncomfortable, but it is unlikely, if at all, to have an effect on fertility. Also, this type of infection does not block the fallopian tubes as the fungus does not usually travel that far into the reproductive tract.
I hope this helps, and I am available if you have any further questions!

Can it block the tubes?

If left untreated, a urinary tract infection can affect fertility and put a pregnancy at risk of complications
I hope to have reassured you and remain available if you have any further questions
