Good evening!
There are 2 possible interactions that you have probably seen
1) what is called an increased risk of serotonin syndrome: the 2 drugs can at different levels affect your serotonin (what your cipralex is working to increase in your system). This interaction is quite rare but as you have probably read, precautions should be taken: Take FLEXERIL for the shortest period of time possible. Symptoms of serotonin syndrome can appear at any time, but especially at the beginning of treatment or with a change in dose: agitation, tremors, fever, nausea ...
This is just for information, I invite you to contact your pharmacist for more information
2) ''risk of QT wave elevation'': cipralex and flexeril can sometimes cause an arrhythmia, but especially in older patients, and/or those who are taking several drugs having this effect, at the same time. this risk is minimal in young and healthy patients... I still invite you to contact your pharmacist, who must have studied your pharmacological file
I look forward to hearing from you!
