I suddenly have lots of small, red, painless, non-itchy pimples on my neck and chest. What should I do?

I am not taking any medication at the moment. I have tried using zinc cream, in case of hot spots, I clean my skin well. I only have pimples on my neck and upper chest. No itching, no pain. Some seem to be redder than others. I have not eaten anything new, no new products. I don't usually get acne either

I would like to know what it could be due to, and what to apply.

Hello! The heat of the last few days could be the cause. You could apply a Hydrocortisone cream available over the counter at the pharmacy, after showing your pimples to the pharmacist at the branch. Normally, the pimples should disappear after a few days of application of the cream. Do not exceed 7 days of use. After this time, I suggest that you consult a doctor if the situation is not resolved.
